Life as we know it: My Journey to cut the fat - Premium Beautiful experience

ok, ni sambungan daripada my previous entry on how I got to the state that I wanna try PB..
So, my first day wearing PB, memang Izyan dah warn me that there will be healing crisis..
Based on my own experience:

a) Rasa dizzy sket- first day je laa...pastu dh ok

b) Asyik nk keluar angin- masa pakai I sendawa banyak gilerr, bile bukak pulak asyik nak ter'kent' aje LOL ....yang ni depends orang kot, coz my body mmg banyak angin, masa mula2 tu mmg banyak kuar angin sbb sebelum ni I mmg tak pandai kuarkan angin sendiri (mesti nak pg urut untuk buang angin)

c) sakit kat belakang - ni sbb I asyik bongkok, so bile pakai PB die force your body untuk be in the right posture

d) rasa nak buang air besar aje- first few days

e) rasa warm je kat bahagian perut - tapi takde peluh2 pun, my experience, pakai PB tak panas lansung, kat bahagian yang pakai PB takde pun peluh2 sangat, tp kat armpit ke , muke, haa adela peluh kalo kite lari2 ke, rush2 ke..

From my experience, in terms of posture, it has really , really improve posture badan I. Bile dudul pun tegak je n dah kurang sakit belakang due to duduk depan computer..Pastu bile kite dah tak bongkok, kuranglah juga lipatan kat perut tu (ni based on my observation laa)..Lagi satu, bile driving, I siap kene naikkan rearview mirror...ehem2 ...yelaa sbb dah duduk pun tegak n tinggi sket kan...hihi

In terms of sagging boobs, (sadly to say, since I have big boobs, it tend to sag a bit eventho you belum kahwin)...dah improve jugak...no more boobs jatuh lepas bukak bra, skin kat boobs punye elasticity pun dah improve...and lemak kat belakang (alaa yang kat tulang belikat tuh) pun dah kurang - sebab bile kite pakai long bra, kite tarik lemak tu sume ke dalam cup bra, iaitu tempat yang sepatutnye..

Today, it has been 1 month and 1 week since i consistently wear PB, and I'm proud to say that I can wear second hook of my waist nipper and my waist dah kurang hampir 2 inch! (YEAY ME!!!).. My long girdle pun macam dah longgar sikit...hik hik..

Now, I'm also trying the Nutrich Lactolite based on recommendation of Izyan (baru seminggu)...so far, I minum sepeket sehari, and untuk I yang selalu susah nak buang air besar ni, I've been going to toilet more frequent now! (tapi takdelaa macam cirit birit ke ape ye :P )
Oh ye, sejak pakai PB pun I notice masalah constipation/susah buang air besar I dah kurang tau..lega sikit hari2 kurang rasa bloated..

Pasni, I nak rajin sket bersenam..now every Saturday/Sunday I akan pegi brisk-hiking kat FRIM Kepong....yelah, nanti bile dah dapat body cun, stamina pun kena laa ada jugak kan? Lagipun, cepat sket turun berat tu nanti..Sape2 nak join, bleh je jumpe kat FRIM yer...nanti I update kat FB bebile I nak pegi...

And I pun nak keep a food journal - so that kite bleh tahu ape kite makan everyday and compare - lagipun dgn PB , I automatically stop bile waist nipper dah rasa ketat...and pastu I takde pun rasa lapar ke ape..it shows that kadang2 kite memang tak berdisiplin masa makan...melantak je selagi ada kan..hahaha..ni dah ada PB, kalo nak melantak, memang rasa tak bestlaa and rasa ketat aje..hehehe


So I leave you with an updated pic of me last 2 weeks (after 3 weeks pakai PB)..-pardon the gambar toilet kat blakang tau...mase ni kat toilet office ..LOL (yerr...memang tak sesuai nak vain kat toilet office kan..tau :P )

Masa ni baru boleh pakai cangkuk 2 kat waist nipper..hehe ade kecik sikit tak pinggang I? :p
Now kene work hard to kuruskan peha and muffin top ye...lets do the squats and lunges baybeh..

Nanti I update my latest pic plak yer peeps...tak sempat lagi nak mem'vain'kan diri hahahah
