recipe bread pudding ala Ismalina Ishak

now i'm showing you guys a different side of me ;)
yang dah lama kenal, mesti tahu I mmg suka memasak

well, especially bila stressed out , I mmg sukaaaa masakkk
so dulu2 bila time exam, mmg I suka panggil member2 makan kat my studio apartment...

so last nite, when I was stressed out waiting for work email at 1am  - apa lagi...kepala ligat fikir nak buat apa to keep me occupied

fikir, punya fikir, i still have like 200ml double cream dalam fridge, might as well use it...
sbb dah bukak kan, cream tak boleh simpan lamaaa

so taraaaaa....this is the result peeps ;)

not bad considering its 1 am in the morning huh...

so saja nak share recipe ngan uols, senang sangat nak buat niiii


3  grade A eggs
1 cup of cream
1 cup of milk
2 -3 tablespoon of sugar
10-12 slices of bread
1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
butter to spread on bread

1- Spread butter all over bread slices...the more the creamier hehehe - then just arrange it in a cake pan , after each layer just sprinkle the raisins...
2- Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla essence , if the cream is not cold, you can mix cream and milk as well
3- If your cream is cold, mix cream and milk separately and warm it up in stove or microwave...just so that it's not clotted/lumpy - then mix into the egg mix just now
4- Mix well, then just dump it on the arranged bread and raisin layers...let it rest for at least 5-10 mins so that the liquid soaks well with the bread...
5- Cover it with aluminium foil, bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins
6- Then , uncover the aluminium foil and let it bake to crisp for another 10 mins.
