sugar sugar

sometimes kita tak tahu the easiest way to lose weight is to STOP having nice drinks!

i know, i know

i pun suka Starbucks Frappucino, Minute Maid pulpy, Nescafe latte lah bagai!

but really, those drinks contains loads of sugar, yang will easily turn into calories and fat!

cube try test, stop terus minum manis2 for a month and you will see the difference!

okay maybe not, have once a week cheat day laaa...realistic sikit heheheh
