Bio Velocity Sleep Mate (BVSM) is really a hot seller product because it has been proven to help many with their health problems. High blood, diabetes, nerve problem, sleeping disorder, period pain, migraine, stress to name a few.
This is one of my TLC sisters, Kak Soraya, who is a breast cancer survivor.   She was also my roommate during our free trip to Shangai last September.
During our trip, Kak Soraya actually brought along her BVSM as it really helps her to sleep and also gives her the much needed energy for the trip.   According to her, she takes her BVSM every where she goes..  And she is a heavy traveller, visiting her kids in Australia and Singapore every now and then, plus going on trips with the TLC…
“I used to wake up quite often at night…  But after using BVSM, I totally blacked-out as soon as I close my eyes. Tau-tau dah time to wake up for Subuh. Memang deep sleep tau, Jaja! ”
Now she loves to share the benefit of BVSM to her friends, one who is also battling with cancer. According to her, before BVSM, her friend who is undergoing chemotherapy, find it very difficult to grip her hand/fingers, the after effect of the treatment…  Sakit and perit katanya. However, the 1st day after sleeping with BVSM, her friend called her just to share thatbshe can actually grip her fingers when her husband passed her the house keys that morning! That simple joy had actually meant something for someone like her.
Syukur Alhamdulillah I have the opportunity to share this miracle product with everyone.

home-made baby food (9-12 months)

well, I've been making home made baby food for some time now...

Fya is now 10 months old!

fully breastfed still and with good appetite too alhamdulillahh

we started with fruit puree - mashed banana, apples, pears, sweet potato (keledek), pumpkin (labu), butternut (errr tak tau apa? labu sayong kot) ....she's not picky altho awal2 tu she did vomit a  few times...maybe because I mash the sweet potato instead of puree-ing it with a bit of water

starting 8 months , I fed her pureed rice + vege +fish!

The usual vege suspects are like carrots, spinach, broccoli, and i used ikan tenggiri and ikan merah...

sometimes I even add potatoes or sweet potato in the mix, just so she's not bored hehehe

and sometimes I gave her kiwis too - she can eat 1 kiwi at one seatinggg hahahah

so greedy la my daughter hahahah

so at 10 month , I'm thinking to introduce chicken and beef to her

looking for good recipes tho...I wanted to introduce pasta, soups and cheese too :)

found some do-able recipes that we can make ahead and freeze!

this is a book mark for me- I even pin it on Pinterest!

happy cooking mommies :)

Cheesy Pasta Stars

A delicious combination of flavours is vital in baby food recipes. You can buy my organic tiny pasta shapes in most supermarkets and you can add these to your baby’s puree to add texture. The pasta comes in three sizes and shapes: stars, shells and alphabet pasta. They are graded in size to encourage babies to cope with more lumpy textures
Cheesy Pasta Stars
5 minutes
25 minutes
Best for
Suitable for freezing

  • 125g carrots
  • 30g butter
  • 3 medium tomatoes (approx 200g), ripe tomatoes, skinned, de-seeded and chopped
  • 50g grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Annabel Karmel pasta stars cooked until soft (available at Boots)

  1. Steam the carrots for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Warm the butter in a separate pan, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until mushy.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
  4. Meanwhile cook the pasta stars in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
  5. Mash or puree the cooked carrots in an electric hand blender, together with 3 tablespoons of the liquid from the bottom of the steamer and blend together the tomato and cheese mixture.
  6. Finally stir in the cooked pasta stars.

ONE POT CHICKEN (credit to Annabel Karmel)

Chicken is an ideal first meat for babies as it blends well with root vegetables like carrot and sweet potato. This easy one pot chicken recipe would make a good first chicken puree. Frozen vegetables are fine to use as an ingredient when making you baby's puree as they are frozen within hours of being picked, so all the nutrients are locked in. For older babies you can finely chop rather than puree this and mix it with some cooked rice.

One Pot Chicken

  • 300g sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped

  2. Add the chicken to the pan and sauté for 3-4 mintues
  3. Add the carrot, sweet potato and apple, pour over the stock and bring to the boil
  4. Simmer, covered with a lid, for about 12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender

before we go and enjoy-enjoy in the new year, there's a lot to be accomplished!

alhamdulillah, we are prepping our new #PBAgents to become #PBExpert !

hence, we managed to complete a new distributors orientation on a beautiful Saturday, last 2 weeks!

you know, the most important thing to have when you want to start a business is not really the skill to talk, to be pretty, to have big cars or huge house to prove your success

with this 6 hours crash course, we teach our agents from the basics:

 - how to explain about different pieces of the corset
- how to measure and give the right sizes to customers
- consult of shaping and other issues to customers
- how to sell and find ready buyers for Premium Beautiful
- how to tackle customers on Social Media and Internet
- how YOU can make money whilst wearing Premium Beautiful
- how to make 5 figures income with Top Leaders Circle!

comprehensive isn't it?

well, we will make sure all our protege is equipped with the RIGHT KNOWLEDGE and know the RIGHT THINGS TO SAY - not to be a sweet talker or salesgirl!

we are problem solver :)

so let me introduce you to our TLC Master Trainers line up !

from Left:

1) CDM Nur - having her own large network of group especially in Terengganu and Kelantan, this vibrant 29 year old actually started just as Premium Beautiful user!
She needs lumbar and spine support after her terrible car accident - that caused her to have slip disc and also nerve problems. She barely can move her neck after the accident, but after wearing PB Corset, she can have a normal life!
She is now a full time TLC enterpreneur (previously a lecturer) , just achieving her 2 million sales mark early this year!

Believe it, CDM Nur started her online sales and sold her first 10 corsets in 1 day!

she qualified her 1st trip in this business to London and Paris - achieving sales of nearly RM300,000 in 3 days!

she proves that this business suits all - it's so flexible and worth it!

4)CDM Salleha- oohhhh my schoolmate hehehe

she is truly an inspiration i tell uuuu hehehe (so kepoh kannn)

Sal is a mother of 3 kids, she started this biz because of the increasingly demanding financials!
how many of us have credit card debts, struggling to pay rent, monthly car loans and mortgage?
or had our cars repossessed?

or had to resort to buy RM10 slippers and T shirts, had to borrow from your parents to buy your kids' baju raya?

she really had her struggles, ups and downs, and she achieved her 2 million sales while still working as a bank executive :)

now, she has nationwide group of networks, from Johor to Perlis, earning more than RM20,000 per month!

5) last but not least, my own mentor CDM Izyan!
what can I say?
she is a tiger!!!!

when she can resort to give thousands of excuses why she can't do business - she put all excuses aside and be the BEST!

- in a long distance relationship with her husband working in Kedah
- managing her 2 kids on her own without a maid
- she lives in Shah Alam  and never fails to come to our class in Gombak every Wed and Fri!

a master of selling Premium Beautiful from her blog, closing sales fom online every day - she is truly a great mentor!

so, with these ladies all charged and ready, we learnt so much!
